• $350 per session (self-pay)
• Each session is approximately 75 minutes
• Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy with an intramuscular ketamine administration
• One-on-one, guided sessions with a board-certified psychiatric provider (5+ years experience)
• Initial consultation may be billed to insurance
• Treatment sessions are self-pay only
• Recommended 4–6 sessions for new patients
• Pay per session (no package commitment)
• Currently offered on Fridays only

Billing Policies:
Ketamine Infusions and Integration Therapy:
  • Full payment is due at the time of service
  • Payments are processed securely through SimplePractice
  • We accept credit cards, debit cards, and FSA/HSA cards
  • A valid payment method is required to remain on file to confirm and secure appointments
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
  • We kindly ask for at least a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged at full price
  • Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may result in termination of care
Refunds
  • Fees are non-refundable once services are rendered
  • Prepaid sessions that are canceled before 24 hours before scheduled appointment time may be refunded or rescheduled at the provider’s discretion
Returned Payments
  • A $30 fee will be applied to any returned or declined payments (e.g., insufficient funds or expired card)
