ABOUT ME

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). My educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Decision Science from Carnegie Mellon University, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania, and a Master of Science in Nursing from Herzing University.

In addition to my formal training in psychiatric medicine, I am currently pursuing certification as a Functional Medicine Practitioner, further deepening my commitment to integrative, whole-person care.

Originally from Pennsylvania, I’m proud to now call Colorado home. I'm an Army wife and a mom of three. In my free time, I enjoy working out, camping, and practicing the same lifestyle principles I encourage in my clients.

These personal values—combined with over four years of clinical experience in an outpatient psychiatric setting—have shaped my approach to care. I’ve had the privilege of helping individuals navigate a wide range of mental health challenges, and over time, I’ve seen just how powerfully lifestyle factors—like sleep, nutrition, movement, and stress—can influence emotional well-being. While medication can be incredibly effective, it isn’t always the first or only solution. Often, what’s truly needed is a deeper understanding of your daily life, your support system, the full picture of your mental and physical health, and someone who takes the time to truly listen.

I’d love to work with you to help guide you toward a more balanced, empowered, and rooted lifestyle—one that supports your mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
